Functional MetCon With Cam

Get sweaty and shredded in our epic functional-based MetCon class! You’ll move to a combination of all of your favourite functional elements, including bodyweight circuits, Dumbbell weights and Kettlebell sequences to deliver a total body burn. Think EMOM and high-intensity HIIT sessions bundled into one. This is a serious mobility, strength and fitness challenge, so be prepared to work!

Class duration: 42 minutes

  • Set of Medium Dumbbells

  • Kettlebell Set (ideally 1x Light, 1 Medium, 1x Heavy)
