Barre Sculpt With Ashlee

A fusion of ballet, pilates and high-intensity training, work towards a lean dancer’s physique in our Barre Sculpt class with Ashlee.  We’ve created this class without music so that you can move to your favourite beats or Ash’s suggested playlist, LISTEN HERE

Equipment suggestions:

  • 2 x light hand weights or two full water bottles

  • A wall or chair for support
