MetCon With Cassie

Get sweaty and shredded in our epic functional-based MetCon class! You’ll move to a combination of all of your favourite functional elements, including bodyweight circuits, dumbbell weights and kettlebell sequences to deliver a total body burn. Think EMOM and high-intensity HIIT sessions bundled into one. This is a serious mobility, strength and fitness challenge, so be prepared to work!

Class duration: 32 Minutes
