Pilates Sculpt With Rachel

Challenge yourself and engage your core in our Hot Pilates Sculpt class. Fusing core pilates mat work and high-intensity interval training, this class will burn your muscles while you work up a sweat! Add small weights to enhance your training and condition the entire body.

Equipment suggestions:

  • 2 x light hand weights or two full water bottles

  • 2x yoga blocks or text-books as a substitute
